Teaching Philosophy Statement |
As an educator, I admire innovative thinking almost as much as material mastery. I want students to respect their own ability to think creatively, and I encourage them to use innovative approaches to demonstrate their skills. I believe that students should apply what they learn in one subject to another subject they study. I work to break down barriers between subjects and promote cross-functional application and transfer of information. Education is not a one-size-fits-all discipline, and I believe it is important that my approach be adapted to the individual learning needs of each student. I get to know the students as individuals so that I can support them properly and challenge them academically. |
Teaching Goals Statement |
Improving academic performance of students Instilling students with an implicit desire to learn Instilling concepts of responsible action in cognitive , emotional and behavioural learning domains of students Contributing to teaching and meeting core success expectations and outcomes-Improving student conduct Develop the character of students |
