TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teaching Philosophy Statement
I believe that the university is a living community and that everyone, from the university administration to the students and parents, must contribute to creating a positive atmosphere. All students learn in their own way. I use different teaching techniques to reach students so that no one is left behind.

TEACHING GOALS

Teaching Goals Statement
My teaching goal is based on SMART of specific, measurable, achievable, results-oriented and time-bound. My goal is also based on the "growth mindset", which describes a way of looking at challenges and setbacks. People with a growth mindset believe that their skills are not set in stone, even if they struggle with certain skills. They believe that their skills can improve over time.
