Teaching Philosophy Statement |
I believe that the university is a living community and that everyone, from the university administration to the students and parents, must contribute to creating a positive atmosphere. All students learn in their own way. I use different teaching techniques to reach students so that no one is left behind. |
Teaching Goals Statement |
My teaching goal is based on SMART of specific, measurable, achievable, results-oriented and time-bound. My goal is also based on the "growth mindset", which describes a way of looking at challenges and setbacks. People with a growth mindset believe that their skills are not set in stone, even if they struggle with certain skills. They believe that their skills can improve over time. |
