TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teaching Philosophy Statement
As a lecturer, I firmly believe that every student has the potential to succeed, regardless of their background or current skill level. My role is not only to impart knowledge but also to create an environment where students feel confident in their abilities and are encouraged to explore their full potential. I strive to cultivate a classroom atmosphere that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering, where students are not only learning technical concepts but also developing the mindset to thrive as future engineers.



TEACHING GOALS

Teaching Goals Statement
To achieve this, I put significant effort into fostering self-belief among my students. I want them to not only understand the material but also to be convinced that they can and are able to achieve their goals. By setting high expectations while providing the necessary support, I challenge students to step outside their comfort zones and grow academically and personally.

I also focus on helping students see beyond the immediate coursework. I encourage them to think about their future roles as engineers and to recognize the importance of lifelong learning. By helping them appreciate the broader implications of their studies, I aim to inspire them to strive for excellence and to be passionate about continuous improvement.

Ultimately, my goal is to equip students not only with the technical skills they need but also with the confidence, resilience, and mindset to become innovative and ethical engineers who will make meaningful contributions to society
