Teaching Philosophy Statement |
I started my teaching career with love, passion and excitement for learning and sharing with others. As an educator which in contact with student either in class or off class, the way of teaching and communication may have a tremendous impact on the students. Hence, teacher should provide, maintaining and maybe required for enhancement a suitable teaching method and learning environment to attract the student interest of learning in producing a good quality of student. Currently, I am teaching Statics and Dynamics subject for year one student of degree program. In understanding this subject, student should have a strong knowledge of physics and mathematics. Since the subject involves with many calculation, it is very significance for the student to have a lot of exercises either doing in class or self-learning. Thus, I believe that delivering knowledge through lecture and tutorial in classroom by facing them is still relevance. However, due to the current situation with the technology revolution in academic world, the student also introduced with e-learning concept which there are needed for independent learning and discussion through online. Besides, the teaching material also delivered to them via online. |
