| Teaching Philosophy Statement |
| -I believe that teaching with love and give 100% commitment to your students will create a good bonding between lecturer and students. A good bonding will create an understanding and the knowledge will be easy to be delivered and digested. Furthermore, I believe that every lecturer should have their own target, mission and vision in their teaching philosophy as an educationist. This is very important for them being motivated and full of spirits in order to fulfill their liability given. Therefore, it is very important to achieve the vision of UiTM to make sure the Excellencies of UiTMs graduates in worldwide professionalism. The mission is needed to fulfill the vision whereas it can measure the achievement by increasing the numbers of expertise in civil engineering and other methods. Lastly, I do not think that Im lecturer but more than that, because I have responsibility to ensure my students will be successful in their studies and their life. This is because, our students representing our countrys future. |
| Teaching Goals Statement |
| -My goals in teaching are not just to fulfill the syllabus for each semester but more than that. I believe my students can achieve and success in what they want to be in their life. Thus, I encouraged the students to think logically, learn problem-solving methods and techniques, explaining step-by-step processes and providing valid reasons for logical arguments. In addition, I try to help students by method s of Academic Advisor AA and also implements Buddy System. These all may help students and motivate them during facing academic or non-academic problems. Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) has given me an opportunity to work with future generation of engineers and a leader. I am very thankful for this opportunity. There are still long way for my career in academia since I am still new in this field and will strive for better future not only for myself but also for my students. |
