TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teaching Philosophy Statement
I see teaching as an opportunity to guide, inspire, and support students in their journey to become competent and responsible engineers. I believe that learning should be engaging and meaningful, where students are encouraged to connect classroom theories with real-world practice. Through interactive discussions, hands-on laboratory work, and exposure to practical case studies, I aim to make engineering concepts relevant and relatable. At the same time, I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to ask questions, think critically, and develop confidence in their own abilities.

TEACHING GOALS

Teaching Goals Statement
My goal as an academician is not only to help students master the core principles of civil engineering but also to nurture their growth as individuals who value teamwork, ethics, and sustainability. I want my students to graduate with the ability to solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the profession. By integrating current research, industry practices, and sustainable development perspectives into my teaching, I hope to inspire lifelong learning and a strong sense of responsibility towards building a better and more resilient society.
