The enthusiasm of a motivated academician will inspired and encouraged the students and actuates their desire to learn. Be a friend while at the same time a mentor. |

| More exposure of a real case studies to my students will encourage them in working independently, thinking critically and analytical reasoning so they can enhance their problem solving skills. This will also help them to not just memorize but importantly understand the concept of the fundamental knowledge to prepare for their working environment after graduation. |
