TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teaching Philosophy Statement
I believe a good teacher has a faith in the student ability. A good teacher knows and understands all students. Each of them learns not in the same way or at the same rate. I shall plan learning experiences that will both challenge and allow every student to think and grow. A teacher should constantly motivate each student and consider the effects of peer interactions on learning. Therefore the learning processes were structured so that they productively collaborate and cooperate with each other especially through the assignments or projects. A good teacher must know the subjects well and understand the delivery of knowledge thus help students to learn those subjects. A good teacher must appreciate the knowledge in a discipline, thus organize and link the knowledge to other disciplines. This would encourage critical thinking, promote them to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate all knowledge they gained. I love the subjects I teach, and I wish the students will love them as I do Finally, I believe a teacher should be dedicated to learning and relearn, to any disciplines of all knowledge, while remains in this world, especially as a teacher.

TEACHING GOALS

Teaching Goals Statement
1. Professional Development: Avoid Teacher Burnout Take some time for ourselves. Teachers are always considered as ?Givers?. The best way to de-stress, and in order to be a good teacher, we should take care of yourself first, either for professional development or any ancillary related skills and activities. 2. Inspire students A teacher enthusiasm directly influences student commitment to the subjects. We shall inspire thus students demonstrate their belief in the ability in meeting chanlleges 3. Give Students Some sovereignty Traditional classroom teachers are always in control. Giving students some reign during class can boost student confidence and pride, and a sense of purpose. A teacher can provide some options for students to choose in considering the reign.
