TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teaching Philosophy Statement
As a lecturer, I should be able to articulate the research and theories I believe in. We write many educational philosophies, and we should constantly revisit them. I think education aims to ensure all students learn and grow to the best of their ability. I believe students learn best when shown exactly how to do something and are given a path to follow. Also, students learn through their learning style and as a lecturer, it’s my job to teach them

TEACHING GOALS

Teaching Goals Statement
To guide students to be independent learners who have a lifelong desire to learn and use a growth mindset.
